Job Description
Operations Leadership:
nOversee day-to-day warehouse management, distribution, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
nClient & Contract Management:
nManage relationships with key client accounts and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
nFinancial Oversight:
nManage site or regional P&L; (Profit and Loss), control operational budgets, and drive profitability.
nProcess Optimization:
nImplement continuous improvement programs, lean logistics, and automation to raise efficiency.
nTeam Leadership:
nGuide facility managers, mentor staff, and enforce safety and compliance protocols
