About Position:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud implementations and support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring financial modules, driving end-to-end implementations, and providing functional leadership across finance transformation initiatives. This role requires deep knowledge of financial processes, Oracle Fusion applications, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver scalable and effective financial solutions aligned with business objectives.

What You'll Do:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from finance and business stakeholders.
Lead Oracle Fusion Financials implementation, enhancement, and support activities across multiple projects.
Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion Financial modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP),



Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA), Expenses, and Subledger Accounting (SLA).
Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and recommend best-fit solutions aligned with business requirements and Oracle best practices.
Design enterprise finance solutions covering Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
Prepare Functional Design Documents, Configuration Documents, Business Requirement Documents, and Functional Specifications.
Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reporting requirements, and custom developments.
Support data migration activities using FBDI, ADFDI, and other Oracle data loading tools.
Perform and support Conference Room Pilots (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing activities.
