nAbout the role:




nThe intern will be assigned the following responsibilities, which will allow the core People Culture team to focus on all store level hiring:
nSource and poach candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, visit to stores in North & East region and other job portals.
nSupport end-to-end recruitment coordination across all store locations in North and East region.
nSupport in operational tasks to maintain people record, attendance and people report.
nEnsure compliance with people policies, labor laws and statutory requirements.
nHandle employee relations and basic conflicts and grievances.

nWhat Need:
n

nCurrently pursuing or has completed an MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.
nMust have strong communication skills.
nShould have a genuine interest in Retail People Experience Partner.
nMust be based in Delhi NCR and open for travel to store locations.
nDuration of internship is 3-6 months.
nA self-starter by nature, you will be highly meticulou
