nWe are looking for a Mechanical Integration & Structural Load Test Engineer to support the development and verification of aerospace structures for launch vehicle and space systems. This role involves hands-on responsibility for integration of structural hardware, setup and execution of structural load tests, and validation of structural performance against design requirements. You will work closely with design, analysis, manufacturing, and test teams to ensure flight hardware and development articles are assembled, instrumented, and tested to meet program objectives.

nResponsibilities :

nStructural Integration :
n

- Perform mechanical integration of aerospace structures including primary and secondary assemblies.n
- Execute assembly, alignment, and installation of structural components using engineering drawings and procedures.n
- Develop integration plans, assembly sequences, and work instructions.n
- Conduct fit checks, interface validation, and dimensional inspections.n
- Support resolution of integration issues,
hardware discrepancies, and configuration changes.n

nStructural Load Testing :
n
- n
- Support planning and execution of structural load tests including development, qualification, and acceptance testing.n
- Translate structural analysis load cases into physical test setups.n
- Prepare load introduction hardware, fixtures, and reaction structures.n
- Install and validate instrumentation including strain gauges, load cells, and displacement sensors.n
- Monitor load application and structural response during testing.n

nTest Operations :

- n
- Participate in test readiness reviews and execution activities.n
- Ensure configuration and calibration of instrumentation and data acquisition systems.n
- Support closed-loop load control testing environments.n
- Document test results, anomalies, and engineering observations.n
