nRole Overview
nWe are looking for a Storage Administrator – L1 to support day-to-day storage infrastructure operations, including monitoring, provisioning, health checks, troubleshooting, and incident/service-request management.

nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Monitor storage infrastructure and identify alerts/issues.n
- Provision storage volumes based on approved requests.n
- Manage storage-related service requests.n
- Perform routine storage health checks.n
- Troubleshoot basic storage-related issues.n
- Support incident and service request management.n
- Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams as required.n
- Maintain operational records and ticket updates.n
