nThe Head of Quality & Excellence is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and continually improving Athleaders' Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure that every client receives a consistent, high-quality and repeatable experience, irrespective of location, coach or service delivered.

nThe role will establish a culture of operational excellence by documenting, standardising, monitoring, and continuously improving business processes across all functions.

nKey Responsibilities

nDevelop and maintain the Quality Management System
n
- n
- Design, implement and maintain an ISO 9001-aligned Quality Management System.n
- Develop quality policies, procedures and work instructions.n
- Ensure all business processes are documented, controlled and periodically reviewed.n
- Maintain version control of all quality documentation.n
n
nProcess Design & Standardisation
n
- n
- Map all key business processes.n
- Standardise service delivery across locations.n
- Identify process gaps, bottlenecks and inefficiencies.n
- Drive process simplification and continuous improvement.n
n
nCompliance & Internal Audits
n
- n
- Conduct regular internal quality audits.n
- Monitor compliance with established procedures.n
- Investigate non-conformities.n
- Ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented and verified.n
n
nCustomer Experience & Service Quality
n
- n
- Define measurable service quality standards.n
- Monitor customer satisfaction.n
- Analyse complaints and identify root causes.n
- Recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience.n

nTraining & Quality Culture
n
- n
- Train employees on quality standards and procedures.n
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement.n
- Coach managers on process ownership.n
- Facilitate quality awareness programmes.n
