ncustom systems that run inside a client's day-to-day operations. Our engineers
nwork inside the client's team and the code lives in the client's repository.
nWe deliver from Gurgaon and sell into India, Europe and the Gulf.

nWe are hiring our first full-cycle Account Executive for the Europe and Gulf
nmarket.
n

nWHAT YOU WILL SELL
n

nAI driven new age Software services. You will not be selling man-hours but outcomes.
n

nBuyers are CIOs, Chief Digital Officers, Heads of Digital Transformation,
nsupply chain heads and CFOs at mid-sized and large enterprises across DACH,
nFrance, the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
n

nWHAT YOU WILL DO
n

n• Own the full cycle: build the target list, run outbound, qualify, run
n discovery, shape the commercial terms, close.
n• Run first discovery calls yourself, with enough technical fluency to tell a
n data problem from a workflow problem and to know which of our modules fits.




n• Bring the founders and delivery engineers into a deal at the right moment
n rather than the first one.
n• Keep CRM accurate enough that the pipeline forecast holds up.
n• Feed what you hear in the market back into how we position the work.
n

nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
n

n• 2+ years selling B2B software or technology services, with some of it into
n Europe or the Gulf.
n• Evidence that you have closed, not only sourced. Tell us deal sizes and
n cycle lengths.
n• Written English solid enough that a cold note to a German CIO does not read
n as a template.
n• Willingness to work a shifted day — roughly noon to 9 pm IST covers the Gulf
n morning and the European working day.
n• Comfort selling something technical you did not build. You will be asked
n about data residency, model hosting and integration, and you need to hold
n the first round of those questions on your own.
