- Payroll Subject Matter Expert who has in-depth knowledge of Functional Payroll Configuration on Oracle Cloud especially on Middle-East Payroll.n
- Overall more than 15+ years of experience in HCM and minimum 8 years of experience on end-to-end Fusion Payroll Implementation projects, and having worked on at least 3 end to end HCM Cloud Implementation projectsn
- Should be able to Design, and solve complex payroll requirements, in Payroll configuration 1) Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion Payroll 2) Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion Payroll Cost allocation and Accounting distribution 3) Experience designing complex Payroll Flows in Oracle Cloudn
- Lead experience is necessary, should have led and delivered complex Payroll solutions with client facing experience and should be able to troubleshoot and solve user issues.n
- Should be able to advise clients on proper usage of Oracle Cloud Payroll.n
- Configuration of Payroll as per requirements of middle-east countries’ legislationsn
- Understand Clients requirements & prepare the Function Design Documents for Payroll including Interfaces, Reportsn
- Configure Payroll module as per requirementsn
- Able to write complex Fast Formulas for Payrolln
- Should possess strong knowledge on integration between Cloud Payroll & other HCM Modules such as Compensation and Advantages, Absence and Time & Labor.n
- Good understanding of Payroll balance loading and reconciliationn
- Able to model and test Payroll business processing solutions, design, create, update and execute Payroll flows.n
- Good understanding of Integrations, HDL, HCM extracts, data conversion.n
- Perform Payroll Parallel Run Reconciliationsn
- Act as a customer advisor on best practices and application awareness.n
- Development of customer-facing Payroll documentation.n
- Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing project environmentn
