nJob Description:
nThe ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing social media video ads creatively for a wide array of media to fit the needs of internal teams and external clients. You will design and oversee the design's production to ensure the designs are completed in a timely manner. You will also use your knowledge of design to ensure your juniors are trained in the field.
nResponsibilities

- Oversee design and production of all online and offline marketing materialn
- Conceptualize and execute the creative design strategy behind ad campaignsn
- Ideate and execute graphic and video ads on a daily basis as per requirementn
- Create weekly research and ideation reportsn
nQualifications
n
- n
- 2+ years of video ad design experiencen
- Experience using design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pron
- Solid typography skillsn
- Strong Composition skillsn
- Understands brand guidelinesn
- Understanding of social media advertisementn
- Can produce at least 2 Facebook video ads per dayn
