We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Client Partner – Business Consulting to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience, preferably with a solid background in Global Capability Centers (GCCs), business consulting, or professional services organizations.
This role will be responsible for building and managing strategic client relationships, understanding client business needs, driving consulting engagements, and partnering with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The candidate should have a strong understanding of GCC setup and transformation, business operations, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate client requirements into actionable business outcomes.
The role requires a combination of consulting expertise, commercial acumen, relationship management, and execution capability. The successful candidate will work closely with senior client stakeholders, internal leadership, and cross-functional teams to support client growth and long-term partnerships.
