About the prospect
Pasondia Cables Pvt. Ltd., established in 1999, is a Ghaziabad-based manufacturer and exporter of cables and conductors serving customers in more than 30 countries across Africa, the Middle East, Europe, South America and beyond.
We are looking for an Export Sales Support Officer to support our international sales team with day-to-day order processing, documentation, customer coordination and export compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Support the export sales team with day-to-day customer communication, quotations and order follow-up.
- Prepare and process export documentation: proforma invoices, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and shipping instructions.
- Coordinate with production, quality, logistics and finance teams to ensure timely order execution and dispatch.
