About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive – Inside Sales who can connect with prospective customers, understand their requirements, explain our programs,



and convert genuine enquiries into admissions/sales.
The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with customers in Telugu + English (Tinglish) and should have a genuine interest in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities
. Connect with prospective students/customers through assigned leads.
. Understand their requirements, interests, and career/learning goals.
. Explain TAC's courses and programs clearly.
. Conduct sales discussions and counselling conversations with prospective customers.
. Follow up with interested leads and move them through the sales process.
. Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
. Convert qualified leads into admissions/enrollments.
. Maintain and update lead information and follow-up status.
. Achieve assigned sales targets.
. Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams when required.
. Build a positive relationship with prospective students/customers.
