Role Description
You will own Hudle's business development outcomes for Mumbai. That means hitting the city's partner acquisition and revenue targets,
making sure every recent venue is onboarded well and starts generating bookings, and building long-term relationships with the city's most important partners. You'll run the full sales cycle yourself on key deals while coaching a small team to do the same.
What You'll Own:-
Mumbai targets and pipeline
- Deliver monthly and quarterly targets for partner acquisition and venue activation for the region
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through market mapping, outbound outreach, referrals and on-ground prospecting
- Personally lead high-value and strategic deals, including multi-venue operators, premium clubs, institutions and real estate developers
Onboarding and activation
- Drive end-to-end onboarding of new partners: commercials, agreements, listing setup, pricing and inventory, and handover to Partner Growth
- Make sure onboarded venues go live quickly and start receiving bookings, and fix whatever stands in the way
