§KGS is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Manager to support, enhance, and modernize Identity & Access Management (IAM) applications and authentication platforms. The ideal candidate will possess solid hands-on experience in React.js, Node.js, and AWS Cloud technologies, along with operational support experience for PingID and PingFederate environments. This role combines application development, production support, authentication platform administration, troubleshooting, cloud engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives supporting critical enterprise IAM services.

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will perform:
Application Development & Support
•Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using React.js, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and REST APIs.
•Build scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud-native applications on AWS.
•Perform production support, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and application enhancements.
•Participate in code reviews, release deployments, and CI/CD activities.
•Collaborate with business, security,



and infrastructure teams to deliver IAM-related solutions.
Ping Identity Support
•Provide L2/L3 support for PingID and PingFederate incidents, service requests, and change activities.
•Troubleshoot authentication, SSO, MFA, federation, and access-related issues.
•Analyze application onboarding and integration issues involving SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
•Review authentication logs and perform root cause analysis for access failures.
•Support outage management, problem management, and RCA activities.
AWS Engineering
•Develop and support solutions leveraging AWS services including

•Monitor application health and drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
