1. Job Title: Property Manager
• Job Summary: You will oversee all property operations, lead the on-site team, manage budgets, and ensure client satisfaction. Your role is to drive value and maintain operational excellence for a premier property.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. 7+ years in property or facilities management with a strong technical background. Proven leadership and budget management experience. Robust knowledge of building systems (MEP, HVAC, life safety).
• Preferred Qualifications: Industry certification (e.g., RPA, FMA). Experience with CMMS software.
2. Job Title: Shift In-charge
• Job Summary: You will supervise a technical team during a specific shift, coordinating maintenance activities and responding to operational issues to ensure facility uptime and safety.
