Role
Overview

The
Senior Manager – Operations will play a central role in enabling the organization to
operate with efficiency, scale, and sustainability. Based in the Mumbai office,
this role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with
a focus on data management, technology integration, reporting, and workflow
optimization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate




about using operational excellence to advance the mission of a global
non-profit organization.

Key
Responsibilities

1. Data Management & Analysis

· Oversee the collection,
organization, and secure storage of institutional data (training programs,
participants, partners, impact metrics, etc.)

· Develop dashboards, trackers, and
reports to support decision-making across teams

· Ensure data integrity, compliance,
and accessibility for internal and external reporting

2. Technology Integration &
Platform Management

· Manage and optimize digital
platforms (Membership Platform/CRM, LMS, project management tools, databases,
etc.)

· Scout, evaluate, and integrate
digital tools to streamline workflows and scale operations

· Act as the point person for
troubleshooting and vendor coordination

3. Process Design & Optimization

· Develop, document, and implement
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across func
