Product Stewardship & Regulatory System Specialist

General Description
The Product Stewardship & Regulatory Affairs (PSRA) Specialist supports the company's compliance with global, regional, and local chemical control, product safety, and environmental regulations applicable to paints, coatings, and related raw materials. This role is responsible for the day-to-day execution of PSRA work assignments related to customer service, regulatory operations, data governance, and system administration activities, following established procedures and work instructions in a timely manner. The specialist is responsible for maintaining regulatory and product information within designated PSRA systems, processing requests related to raw material regulatory data, reviewing vendor SDSs and raw material information changes, supporting customer compliance inquiries, and ensuring data accuracy across regulatory databases and enterprise systems.



The position plays a key role in promoting product safety, regulatory compliance, responsible product stewardship, and continuous improvement of PSRA digital processes while supporting business objectives and innovation initiatives. In addition, the specialist serves as a subject matter resource for PSRA-related information systems, including Sphera Intelligent Authoring (IA), SAP, LPI, web-based SDS authoring and distribution platforms, and associated regulatory databases, helping to ensure data integrity, system effectiveness, and process efficiency.
