Role Overview

We are seeking a highly accomplished senior business leader to build, lead, and scale the India Digital, Data & AI business, with a solid focus on the BFSI sector and India GCC ecosystem.

The leader will own the India business P&L; and will be responsible for driving profitable growth through new-logo acquisition,



strategic account expansion, large enterprise pursuits, presales leadership, executive relationships, and strategic partnerships.

This role requires a strong combination of enterprise sales leadership, digital transformation expertise, Data & AI understanding, BFSI market relationships, and the ability to build a scalable business in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities & Strategic Impact Areas

1. Business Leadership & P&L; Ownership

• Lead the India Digital, Data & AI business with full revenue, margin, and P&L; accountability.

• Develop and execute a multi-year India growth strategy across Digital Engineering, Data & AI, and Technology Transformation.

• Build a scalable business model across sales, presales, partnerships, alliances, and delivery collaboration.

• Establish clear revenue, margin, pipeline, and growth targets.

• Drive predictable and profitable business outcomes.
