Oracle University is seeking a Principal ERP Instructor – Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials to lead the design, development, delivery, and ongoing maintenance of advanced functional learning experiences.

This is a senior individual-contributor role for an Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials expert who combines deep hands-on implementation or consulting experience with a passion for teaching and knowledge sharing.

You will translate complex Oracle Fusion ERP functionality and end-to-end business processes into practical courses, hands-on labs, demonstrations, assessments, and certification-aligned learning assets. You will also partner closely with Product Development and subject-matter experts to ensure content remains technically accurate, reproducible, and aligned with evolving product capabilities and quarterly releases.

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, delivery, and maintenance of advanced Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials learning content.
• Develop courses, hands-on labs, realistic use cases, demonstrations, job aids,



assessments, and certification-aligned assets covering Risk Management, Receivables, Collections, Grants Management, Project Financial Management, Project Execution Management, and adjacent ERP capabilities.
• Design and validate realistic end-to-end business scenarios spanning financial transactions, project costing and billing, grants administration, receivables, collections, controls, and risk processes.
• Translate complex functionality, configurations, business processes, integrations, reporting capabilities, and quarterly release changes into explicit, learner-centered instruction.
• Partner with Oracle Product Development and other SMEs to understand emerging capabilities, validate supported approaches, resolve content issues, and maintain alignment with product direction.
