Job Responsibilities

We are seeking an early-career engineer to support the day-to-day operation,



process improvement, and industrialization activities within our welding flux manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will bring practical experience from a process industry such as cement, minerals, ceramics, chemicals, or related manufacturing environments. A background in welding, welding consumables, or metallurgical processes is highly desirable. This role is suited for someone who enjoys being on the plant floor, solving operational challenges, and working closely with production teams to improve process performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operation of the flux manufacturing facility, including mixing, agglomeration, drying, kiln processing, and product finishing activities.

• Troubleshoot process issues, investigate production variability, and implement corrective actions to improve plant performance.
