• Provide strategic leadership for Eaton's global Intercompany operations, driving standardization, governance, automation, and continuous improvement across the end-to-end intercompany ecosystem
• The role is accountable for delivering operational excellence, strengthening controls, and enabling scalable growth through process transformation and data-driven decision-making
• Lead a team of Intercompany professionals and team leaders, partner with global cross-functional stakeholders, and champion initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce risk, accelerate issue resolution,
and deliver sustainable business value aligned with Eaton's enterprise objectives.
Qualifications:
Requirement:
• CA / CMA / MBA / ACCA
• >12+ years in finance with extensive experience in Intercompany processes
1. Process Governance & Standardization
• Manage the execution of standardized Intercompany processes across regions and business segments.
• Ensure adherence to established process standards, policies, procedures, and controls.
• Support the implementation and sustainment of global process improvement and standardization initiatives.
2. Systems, Automation & Process Optimization
• Support the deployment and adoption of automation solutions and technology enhancements.
• Partner with IT, process owners, and business stakeholders to resolve system issues and improve process effectiveness.
• Ensure consistent execution of intercompany processes across ERP systems and supporting platforms
