Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in ReactJS, NodeJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and NoSQL databases. The role will focus on building and maintaining high-performance enterprise web applications across both front-end and backend layers.
The successful candidate will develop responsive user interfaces, scalable backend services, REST APIs, and productive data solutions. The role will contribute to application performance, build and deployment automation, debugging, monitoring, testing, production support, and Agile delivery practices.

Software Requirements

Required

• ReactJS: 5+ years of experience developing responsive web applications and reusable UI components.
• NodeJS: 5+ years of experience developing backend services and REST APIs.
• JavaScript and TypeScript: 5+ years of hands-on development experience.
• HTML and CSS: 5+ years of experience creating responsive and accessible web interfaces.
• NoSQL databases: 5+ years of experience with data storage, retrieval, and efficient data management.
• React concepts:



Strong understanding of component architecture, state management, reusability, and maintainable UI design.
• Data Structures: Knowledge of data structures and their practical application in software development.
• Performance engineering: Hands-on experience with performance tuning, bottleneck identification, debugging, monitoring, and optimization.
• Build automation and CI/CD: Experience automating build, test, and deployment processes.
• Testing and code quality: Experience participating in code reviews, application testing, defect resolution, and production support.
• Agile delivery: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an iterative software development environment.

Preferred

• Experience supporting Banking or Retail domain applications.
