· Lead the Materials Planning, Inventory Management, Logistics functions for facility.
· Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) aligned with demand forecasts, customer orders, inventory targets, and production capacity.
· Plan raw materials supply and manage supplier delivery performance to support production execution while optimizing inventory and service levels.
· Drive integrated business planning through effective S&OP; processes.
· Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, and Engineering teams to align production schedules with business priorities.
· Monitor and improve schedule adherence, capacity utilization, and manufacturing efficiency.
· Accountable for inventory accuracy and problem solving the drivers of inaccuracy.
· Lead scenario planning and contingency planning to address demand fluctuations, material shortages, and operational disruptions.
· Monitor and mitigate risk associated with Excess & Obsolescence.
· Manage inbound and outbound logistics to optimize cost and service requirements.
· Manage internal logistics to support production execution while minimizing issues that impact inventory accuracy and component quality.

· Full time BE in an engineering, production or supply chain related discipline.
· 10-15 years’ experience working in manufacturing environments with majority of time spent in supply chain management.
· Extensive experience in lean manufacturing environments, including material pull systems. MRP only backgrounds would not be successful in this role.
· Experience required in Plan-For-Every-Part analysis and deployment as well as Kan Ban pull replenishment systems execution.
· Experience as an ERP super-user with exposure to major changes and/or ERP transitions is highly desirable.
· Proven track record of driving supply chain transformation and cost optimization initiatives.
