About the Role

We are looking for a Management Trainee – Marketing to support the marketing team across functions, with hands-on involvement in events and activations, digital marketing, social media, content, influencer marketing, e-commerce, and quick-commerce.

A key focus of the role will be supporting and executing brand events, exhibitions, partnerships, on-ground activations, and consumer experiences, while also contributing to the brand’s day-to-day digital and marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, organised, creative, and willing to take ownership, with the ability to coordinate across internal teams,



agencies, vendors, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Overall Marketing Support

• Provide day-to-day assistance across marketing functions and ongoing brand initiatives.

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, launches, partnerships, promotions, and consumer initiatives.

• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and external partners to ensure timely execution.

• Assist with marketing presentations, reports, research, documentation, and campaign tracking.

• Conduct market, consumer, and competitor research to identify relevant trends and opportunities.

Events, Activations & Partnerships

• Support the planning and end-to-end execution of events, exhibitions, trade shows, brand activations, pop-ups, sampling initiatives, and partnerships.
