Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Executive to join our team. The role involves identifying influencers, managing influencer outreach, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring smooth execution of influencer marketing activities.

Roles and responsibilities
• Identify relevant influencers in various niches or industries.
• Handle influencer outreach, communication, and follow-ups.
• Build and nurture relationships with influencers through outreach and communication.




• Coordinate and manage influencer partnerships and campaigns.
• Monitor campaign timelines and budgets to ensure successful execution.
• Manage the budget allocated to influencer marketing campaigns.
• Negotiate compensation and terms with influencers to ensure cost effectiveness.
• Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns from outreach to execution
• Maintain influencer databases, campaign trackers, and payment details.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms.

Qualifications
• 0.3 – 2 years of experience in influencer marketing
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Should have experience working with brands across categories such as Beauty, Lifestyle, Fashion, FMCG, etc.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines. 6. Valuable knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel.
