Summary:
We are seeking experienced and customer-focused professionals to join our team as a Retail Sales Executive in Pune. The company is India’s largest and most definitive destination for fine writing instruments and accessories, and a leader in personalized corporate gifting. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience, driving sales performance, and ensuring smooth retail operations. The ideal candidate should be well-groomed, confident in communication, and passionate about achieving sales targets in a retail environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the delivery of products and services to customers efficiently.
• Create an interactive, engaging, and reassuring in-store experience to build customer confidence and loyalty.
• Follow the prescribed selling process and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and overall store presentation.
• Utilize time effectively by upgrading communication skills, gaining product and SOP knowledge, and managing stock efficiently.
• Complete operational duties including paperwork, billing processes, and sales reports related to store opening and closing procedures.
