As a Business Developer, you will be focusing on developing strong business relationship with one of our key customers. You will be responsible for execution of the account development strategy, identifying needs of the customer and owning the coordination and communication within the organization supported by the other market reach functions and the surrounding organization.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities & goals:

• Build long-term relationships at leadership level of customer and establish Hilti as the best partner for productivity, safety and sustainability across their projects.
• Defining customer engagement strategy while identifying long-term account development plans and proactively grow the profitable sales of Hilti solutions by promoting additional services and value engineered solutions.
• Lead the assigned Customer Engagement Team, supported by the dedicated shared MR resources driving towards a common goal of over proportional growth as well as owning the tailored customer journey.




• Drive profitability across the customer P&L;, driving resource investment and customer programs while understanding financial implications.
• Cross functional responsibilities to solve problems with other Hilti stakeholders on customer specific needs/requests and orchestrate the chance progression.
• Strong knowledge of Hilti processes and how to navigate the matrixed organization.
• Acts on behalf of Hilti within customer environment – utilizing Hilti expertise to further improve the customers solution choices.
• Responsible to lead account capture coordination while providing clear and consistent communication to all involved parties.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales/Business Development or equivalent customer facing experience
• Preferably a bachelor’s in engineering and MBA
• Experience in working with Large Projects or similar large customers and be able to penetrate at leade
