About the OpportunityInfyni is looking for an experienced Behavioural & Soft Skills Trainer to conduct an onsite corporate training programme for approximately 50 participants at the client's location in Parawada Mandal, Anakapalli, Andhra Pradesh.
We are looking for a trainer who can make the sessions practical, interactive, and relevant to real workplace situations.

What We're Looking For• Prior experience in corporate soft skills / behavioural training
• Solid classroom facilitation and communication skills
• Comfortable training groups of around 50 participants
• Ability to use practical examples, activities, discussions, and role plays
• Experience with leadership, people management, or floor management is an advantage
• Must be available for onsite training in Anakapalli, Andhra Pradesh
• Local Andhra Pradesh trainers are preferred
