Compensation: ₹8–18 LPA fixed, calibrated to experience, network and closure track record + uncapped performance-linked commissions and bonuses tied directly to closed advertising business.

This is a pure Digital Advertising Sales role.
We are looking for an experienced Digital Ad Sales skilled who knows how to sell advertising solutions to brands, advertisers and media/advertising agencies.
This is not a marketing role, account-management role, campaign-operations role, customer-success role or team-management role.
You will be expected to prospect, pitch, negotiate and close digital advertising business every week.
If you have not personally sold digital advertising, digital media,
programmatic, CTV, creator/influencer advertising or related advertising solutions to brand or agency decision-makers, please do not apply.
