About the Role
We are looking for a high-calibre Chartered Accountant to join JustAct as a Finance Manager and take ownership of key aspects of our Finance & Accounts function.
This is an excellent chance for a newly qualified CA or a CA with up to 2 years of experience who wants to move beyond traditional accounting and audit into a high-ownership, business-facing finance role within a quick-growing Legal-Tech company.




The ideal candidate will have strong analytical ability, excellent attention to detail, a strong understanding of accounting and taxation, and the ability to independently manage finance processes while working closely with the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
• Own day-to-day finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong financial controls.
• Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, bank reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and ensure timely preparation of financial statements.
• Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory and regulatory compliances.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and other external stakeholders.
• Prepare and present monthly MIS, financial dashboards, variance analysis, and other management reports.
• Support budgeting, forecast
