About The Role

This role will manage both Food & fiber, work on sales strategy, Market positioning, and building a customer portfolio for Food (Millets, spices, coffee, cashew) & Fiber (cotton primarily). International Sales exposure is a must.

The company (name will be shared upon shortlisting) is looking for an experienced Senior Manager, International Sales to drive international business growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding global markets, developing strategic customer relationships,



and achieving revenue and profitability targets across our export-oriented product portfolio, including food products (coffee, cashew, spices, and millets), fiber (cotton), medicinal extracts, eco-credits, and other value-added products.

This is a high-impact role for a commercially driven sales skilled who thrives in an international B2B environment and enjoys building long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute international business development and sales strategies.
• Identify and acquire new customers across global markets.
• Build and manage relationships with importers, distributors, institutional buyers, and strategic B2B customers.
• Lead commercial negotiations, pricing, contracts, and key account management.
• Achieve revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition targets.
• Develop Go-to-Market strategies for new products and international markets.
• Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and custo
