We are looking for a proactive and organized Talent Acquisition Specialist HR & Admin Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and office administration. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical/IT positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds with hiring managers.
• Track interview feedback and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Handle CTC/notice-period discussions and support offer and onboarding processes.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and talent pipelines.
• Achieve weekly/monthly recruitment and sourcing targets.

HR Operations, Employee Engagement & Administration
• Handle employee queries, grievances, HR requests,



and separation/exit formalities.
• Act as a bridge between management and employees and support a positive workplace culture.
• Organize employee engagement activities including birthdays, work anniversaries, team activities, and celebrations.
• Manage day-to-day office administration, facilities, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors, negotiate quotations, and manage purchases with a focus on cost optimization.
• Maintain office supplies including T-shirts, stationery, ID cards, and other employee requirements.

Required Skills & Experience
• Should have 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / HR & Administration.
• Strong experience in end-to-end IT/technical recruitment.
• Positive knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and web applications.
