Key Responsibilities• Handle enquiries from students and parents through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
• Understand students' academic backgrounds, career goals, and course preferences.
• Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships, admission procedures, and deadlines.
• Counsel students and assist them in selecting suitable courses and institutions.
• Manage and follow up on leads generated through digital campaigns, referrals, databases, and other sources.
• Coordinate the complete admission process from initial enquiry to final enrolment.
• Assist students with application forms, document collection, verification, and submission.




• Maintain regular follow-ups with students to ensure timely completion of admission formalities.
• Coordinate with colleges/universities regarding applications, document verification, interviews, offer letters, fee payments, and admission confirmation.
• Maintain accurate student and lead records in the CRM/Admission Management System.
• Track daily enquiries, follow-ups, applications, conversions, and pending cases.
• Prepare regular admission reports for management.
• Coordinate with the marketing and counselling teams to ensure effective lead conversion.
• Build solid relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.
• Ensure a smooth and positive student experience throughout the admission journey.
• Achieve assigned monthly admission/enrolment targets.
