Summary:

As a mid-level expert, you will drive creative practices into delivery and bring depth of expertise to various engagements. Your typical day will involve leading module configuration activities for SAP Compensation Management & Variable Pay (COMP & VP), ensuring successful delivery within project scope.

Roles & Responsibilities:-





• The role is responsible for configuring SuccessFactors modules in line with the approved solution design, executing test data loads, reconciling migrated data, and performing unit testing while logging and resolving defects.
• Responsibilities include updating configuration workbooks, and managing transports and dependencies.
• The role supports end-to-end testing and cutover activities across SIT, UAT, and Production, including data loads & reconciliation (Talent management modules), defect resolution, smoke testing, and scheduling background and integration jobs.
• Post go-live, the role provides enhanced user support, monitors system performance, workflows, integrations, jobs, and reports to ensure business continuity, resolves issues, and completes knowledge transfer and formal handover to AMS support teams.
