Role Description The Vice President at BP⁡ Insurance Brokers will lead strategic initiatives, drive business growth, and oversee key client relationships across retail and corporate insurance segments. This full-time,



on-site role based in Kanpur includes managing cross-functional teams, setting performance goals, and ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and organizational objectives. The Vice President will develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, refine risk advisory frameworks, and strengthen partnerships with insurers and corporate clients. Daily responsibilities include reviewing portfolio performance, guiding complex risk and claims decisions, mentoring senior staff, and enhancing operational processes for efficiency and client satisfaction. The role also involves contributing to long-term planning, market expansion, and continuous improvement of advisory and service quality.

Qualifications
• Solid expertise in insurance advisory, risk management, and financial planning, preferably across Health, Life, Motor, Fire, and Corporate Insurance.
