Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing the sales pipeline for HVAC project offerings. Daily tasks include visiting prospective and existing customers, understanding their technical and commercial requirements, preparing and presenting proposals,



and negotiating terms to close deals. The role involves regular coordination with design and operations teams to ensure accurate solutions and timely delivery, as well as maintaining records of client interactions and sales activities. The Sales Executive will also monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to support continuous improvement in sales strategies.
Qualifications
• Strong sales and business development abilities, including lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building.
• Skills in negotiation, presentation, and customer communication, with the ability to explain technical solutions clearly.
• Must have Understanding of HVAC (Particularly VRF system) & willingness to learn technical product details.
• Proficiency in maintaining sales documentation, using CRM or similar tools, and preparing quotations or proposals.
