Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, develop, grow profitable key Accounts
• Stake Holder Management: Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the company objective
• Will be responsible for closing Rate contracts with key customers
• Marketing: Lead marketing initiative such as technical seminar and exhibitions
• Support and focus on all Donaldson market initiatives, both existing and new
• Developing growth pipeline for strategic accounts and tracking the same via CRM
• Collect and collate market information on competition
• Preparing strategies to enter new markets/ geographies

Education Qualification

• BE Mechanical from reputed institute




• MBA in marketing will be preferrable

Technical Competence & Skills

• Strong hold on value selling concept
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to successfully negotiate with customers at all management levels
• Strong commercial acumen and experience in direct sales
• Strong sales aptitude with excellent communication and organization skills
• Strong mechanical/technical aptitude, and the ability to learn current technologies through product-driven training programs
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) & CRM

Relevant Experience

• For BE : 6-8 years experience in Infrastructure or Mining Sector
