Job Description

We are seeking a Warehouse Audit & Cost Analyst to join our team and manage client accounts across Accurest's software products. The role combines warehouse and 3PL operations, invoice auditing, cost analysis, client account management, and data-driven problem-solving. The ideal candidate should understand warehouse and fulfilment operations, be comfortable working with large datasets and invoices, and independently manage multiple client accounts.

Job Responsibilities

Client Account Management

• Manage and own multiple client accounts across Accurest's software platforms.




• Handle client onboarding and ensure accurate account setup.
• Run weekly and monthly audit and reporting cycles for assigned accounts.
• Review audit and reporting outputs and take appropriate action based on findings.
• Respond to client queries and coordinate follow-ups with clients, warehouses, and carriers.
• Maintain explicit documentation and communication for all assigned accounts.

Warehouse & 3PL Operations

• Work with clients and their 3PL/warehouse partners on operational requirements.
• Handle and review warehouse-related information including:
• Rate cards
• Receiving
• Storage
• Inventory
• Pick & Pack
• Packaging
• Shipping
• Returns

• Identify operational or billing discrepancies and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution.

Invoice Audit & Cost Analysis

• Verify warehouse and carrier invoices against contracts, rate cards, and agreed pricing.
