We are looking for a Mainframe Solution Architect to design end-to-end technical solutions for complex business requirements across Mainframe and modern technology platforms. The role will provide technical and architectural leadership across the solution lifecycle, from requirements and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.

The Solution Architect will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to understand business objectives and translate them into scalable and sustainable technical solutions. The role will focus on Mainframe application architecture, modernization, integration, APIs, distributed systems, cloud and hybrid technologies, automation, and DevOps practices.

The role will also involve evaluating existing Mainframe applications and recommending appropriate modernization, re-engineering, migration, or integration approaches while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, performance, scalability, reliability, and development standards.





Your future duties and responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Mainframe applications while providing appropriate architectural and technical guidance.
• Perform impact analysis and guide code modifications across Mainframe applications and dependent systems.
• Design and execute, or provide guidance for, unit and integration testing.
• Analyze production incidents and provide technical direction for resolution.
• Support batch and online processing systems from an architectural and technical perspective.
• Collaborate with distributed teams, architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and business stakeholders.
• Design end-to-end technical solutions for complex business requirements across Mainframe and contemporary technology platforms.
• Lead solution architecture and technical design activities, including application architecture, integration patterns, interfaces, data flows, and technology
