Job Description: Mainframes (CICS) Development – Lead Programmer Analyst (Exp: 5+ Years to 7 Years).

We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Developer with strong hands-on expertise in COBOL, CICS, and DB2 development. The candidate should have solid real-time experience in designing, developing, debugging, and maintaining mainframe applications, with strong programming capabilities.

• Experience should have 5+ years to 7 Years of experience into hands on mainframes development experience.
• Should have strong development skills in Mainframes - COBOL, CICS, DB2 & VSAM.
• Should have positive working experience in COBOL-DB2-CICS programming.
• Strong knowledge of file handling, arrays, batch processing and online transaction processing.
• Should be able to independently analyze requirements and develop COBOL, CICS & DB2 solutions.
• Good to have experience or exposure on JCL,



REXX & CLIST.
• Strong understanding of mainframe debugging and abend resolution experience in SDLC and Agile development methodologies.
• Strong communication skills.
• Analytical & Problem-solving skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability.
• Should lead and guide team size of 2 to 4 members.
• Understanding on the SDLC.
• Understanding on the Agile methodologies.
• Communication with customer and producing the Daily status report.
• Should have good oral and written communication.
• Should be a good team member and ready to lead a team.
• Should be proactive and adaptive.
• Should be flexible to work in shifts.
