The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the architecture supports business objectives and adapts to evolving technological landscapes.



The Enterprise Architect plays a pivotal role in guiding the organization through complex changes by providing strategic direction and fostering innovation within the enterprise architecture framework.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of architecture strategies with business needs.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to enhance enterprise architecture.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on architecture best practices.
• 24x7 acceptance of all service requests and fault reports regarding the IT network
• Acceptance of all service requests and fault reports that are not taken over by the IT control center regarding the infrastructure within the primary service time
• Bringing about solutions to service requests and service disruptio
