About the Role
We are looking for a Campaign Specialist to join Livspace’s Growth & Performance Marketing team. The role involves managing and scaling performance campaigns across 30+ cities in India, with a strong focus on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, data-driven, and comfortable taking end-to-end ownership of campaign performance and solving complex performance issues independently.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram at scale.
• Handle campaign structuring, audience targeting, Advantage+ campaigns, CAPI, and tROAS bidding.
• Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization.
• Analyze raw campaign and funnel data to identify the root cause of performance issues.
• Independently investigate and resolve issues such as CPL spikes, delivery problems, conversion drops, and performance fluctuations.




• Optimize campaigns to improve key performance metrics such as CPL, ROAS, conversions, and overall campaign efficiency.
• Work closely with Creative, Analytics, Category, and other cross-functional teams to improve campaign performance.
• Use Excel/Google Sheets for campaign analysis, reporting, and data interpretation.
• Leverage SQL, Looker, Power BI, or other BI tools for deeper analysis where required.
• Continuously test and implement new campaign strategies, audiences, creatives, and bidding approaches.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 2–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, preferably managing campaigns at significant scale.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with raw data.
• Good understanding of campaign structure, bidding, audience targeting, attribution, and conversion funnels.
• Strong proficiency in Excel / Googl
