About Humans of Hustle
Humans of Hustle is a storytelling and media platform built around people, ideas,
businesses, ambition, and the human stories behind them.
We create content that goes beyond polished narratives — from deep-dive
conversations and podcasts to short-form social content, brand collaborations, and
live experiences.
We’re looking for a Creative Director who can take an idea from “What if we did
this?” to “This is exactly how we’re going to make it happen.”

The Role
As Creative Director, you will own the creative direction of Humans of Hustle across
content formats.
You will be responsible for building concepts, shaping creative narratives, executing
ideas on ground, and maintaining a robust creative standard across everything we
put out.
This is not a role limited to giving creative feedback from the sidelines. We’re looking
for someone who understands the entire journey — concept → strategy →
pre-production → shoot → execution → final content.
You will work closely with the content, production, graphic/design and wider creative
teams,



while also being able to communicate and present ideas clearly to clients,
partners, and internal stakeholders.

What You'll Do
1. Concept Building & Creative Direction
● Develop original concepts and creative formats for Humans of Hustle and its
brand partners.
● Turn broad briefs, conversations, trends, or business objectives into strong,
differentiated content ideas.
● Build creative narratives, formats, hooks, visual directions and storytelling
approaches.
● Think beyond conventional podcast/content formats and constantly explore
new ways to tell stories.
● Ensure every concept has a clear thought, purpose and execution plan.
2. Concept Execution
● Take ownership of creative ideas from conception to final execution.
● Translate concepts into practical shoot plans, visual references, scripts,
treatments and execution frameworks.
● Work closely with production teams to ensure the original creative intent
