About the Role
Appzoro.com is looking for a Business Analyst (Delivery Manager) who can coordinate between clients, business teams, designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and according to requirements.The ideal candidate should have strong Business Analysis, Project/Delivery Management, and QA & Testing knowledge. You should be comfortable understanding client requirements, preparing documentation, managing project tasks, coordinating teams, and ensuring the final product meets business and quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities• Understand client requirements and convert them into explicit business and functional requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, developers, designers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, workflows,



and acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain project plans, task lists, timelines, and delivery schedules.
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with development and QA teams.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and delivery issues and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.
• Act as a bridge between clients and technical teams.
• Review developed features against business requirements.
• Have a good understanding of QA and software testing processes.
• Coordinate functional, regression, integration, UAT, and other relevant testing activities.
• Review and validate test cases and reported bugs.
• Track bugs/issues and coordinate with developers for resolution.
• Perform basic requirement-based testing when required.
• Ensure delivered features meet agreed requirements and quality standards.
• Conduct client demos and assist with UAT and feedba
