We are looking for a confident and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our interior design and renovation team.
The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, communicating with clients, understanding their interior requirements, arranging meetings/site visits, following up with potential clients, and converting leads into confirmed interior projects.
Key Responsibilities• Handle incoming leads and follow up with potential clients.
• Understand client requirements, budget and project expectations.
• Explain our interior design and renovation services to clients.
• Schedule client meetings and site visits.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
• Negotiate with clients and convert leads into confirmed projects.
• Coordinate with the design and execution team.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients throughout the sales process.
• Maintain client details and follow-up records in CRM/Excel.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.





Requirements• 1–3 years of experience in sales or client relationship management.
• Experience in interior design, home interiors, modular kitchen, renovation or real estate will be preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident in handling clients over phone and in person.
• Ability to generate sales through follow-ups and client meetings.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM is an advantage.
• Should be target-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
