Role Description The Relationship Manager – Broker Channel is a full time, on-site role based in Jalandhar, Punjab. This role involves managing and strengthening relationships with broker partners, ensuring they are informed and engaged with ManipalCigna’s health insurance products and services. The Relationship Manager will conduct regular broker meetings, provide product training and support, and assist brokers with proposal submissions, underwriting queries,



and claim-related coordination. The role also includes driving sales targets through the broker channel, monitoring performance, and reporting market feedback to internal stakeholders. The Relationship Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly and deliver a high-quality experience to brokers and their customers.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in insurance or financial services, with strong relationship management capabilities.
• Solid understanding of health insurance products, distribution channels, and broker operations, or willingness to quickly learn and adapt.
