About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Business Development Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in EdTech, Online Education, Higher Education, or Education Consultancy Sales.
The candidate will be responsible for managing qualified leads, understanding students' and working professionals' career requirements, recommending suitable programs, driving admissions, and achieving monthly revenue and enrollment targets.
The ideal candidate should have strong consultative selling skills, excellent communication, and a proven track record of converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Revenue Generation• Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through digital marketing, referrals, campaigns,



and other channels.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets.
• Convert prospects into enrollments through structured sales consultations.
• Conduct detailed discussions with students and working professionals regarding their career goals.
• Recommend appropriate Online MBA, BBA, BCA, MCA, degree, certification, and other education programs.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to admission closure.

2. Lead Management• Contact assigned leads within the defined TAT and maintain consistent follow-ups.
• Understand lead requirements, budget, eligibility, career objectives, and preferred program.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in the CRM.
• Prioritize hot, warm, and cold leads based on conversion potential.
• Follow up systematically through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other approved communication channels.
