Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using Java.
• Develop robust and efficient solutions using Core Java and Java 8+ features.
• Work extensively with Collections, Streams, Multithreading, Exception Handling, and JVM fundamentals.
• Develop and optimize data-processing applications using Apache Spark / Spark Java.
• Design and develop REST APIs and web services.
• Work with SQL and relational databases, including writing and optimizing complex queries.
• Develop solutions for distributed systems and large-scale data processing.
• Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and appropriate design patterns to build maintainable and scalable applications.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues through effective debugging, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.




• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Contribute to technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing application support.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 - 7 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Strong expertise in Core Java.
• Strong knowledge of Java 8+, including : Collections, Streams, Multithreading, Exception Handling, and JVM fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Spark / Spark Java.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience developing REST APIs / Web Services.
• Strong understanding of : Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
• Experience working with distributed systems and large-scale data processing.
• Robust debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of Unix/Linux environments.
