Role Overview:

We are looking for an ambitious and hands-on Organic Growth Lead to drive our full-funnel growth engine. It’s a rare prospect to own BharatNXT’s entire organic discovery, credibility, and conversion strategy, from web to app, from search to social. From building high-intent feeder pages to drive virality through UGC and referral loops—you will be the architect of our long-term, compounding growth.
You’ll work closely with content, product, tech, and marketing teams to create sustainable, high-ROI, low-CAC growth that compounds over time.

Key Responsibilities:

Content & Conversion-Led Strategy

• Build and scale a keyword-led content engine,



optimized for both discovery and business conversion.
• Leverage LLM behavior (GEO, AEO, SEO) to stay ahead of AI discovery trends.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to make landing pages CRO-friendly while preserving SEO hygiene.
• Maintain and update a content playbook to align writers, designers, and AI discovery direction.

Own Full-Funnel Organic Growth

• Build and execute the complete Organic growth roadmap from audits and keyword research to on-page and backlink strategy.
• Develop resource pages and feeder content that tap into high-intent searches and drive long-tail discovery.
• Optimize for ASO to drive organic installs across Play Store and App Store.
• Track performance using GA4, GSC, Hotjar, Clarity, and similar tools; build dashboards for traffic, rankings, and conversion metrics.

Expand Organic Channels Beyond SEO

• Conceptualize and execute webinars, seminars, and podcasts to position BharatNXT
