ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to spearhead our outbound
client acquisition efforts. In this role, you will be in charge of the entire sales cycle: researching prospective
commercial accounts, cold calling and pitching decision-makers, uncovering client needs, and closing high-value
deals into paid, active clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prospecting & List Building: Identify, qualify, and build targeted databases of relevant businesses, decision-
makers (Founders, CEOs, Directors, Department Heads), and contact channels.
High-Volume Outbound Outreach: Perform consistent daily cold calls, targeted email outreach, and LinkedIn
messages to initiate meaningful conversations with qualified prospects.
Discovery & Needs Analysis: Uncover prospective clients' pain points, operational roadblocks, and business
objectives to position our tailored offerings effectively.
Demos & Pitching: Conduct product/service walkthroughs, present proposals, handle pricing discussions, and




clearly articulate the return on investment (ROI).
Objection Handling & Closing: Proactively navigate hesitations, negotiate terms, follow up diligently, and
finalize contracts to convert warm leads into paying clients.
Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain rigorous documentation of lead statuses, call outcomes, follow-up
dates, and revenue projections within the CRM.
